TracknMe Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TracknMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please delete the App immediately.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use TracknMe for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to extract the source code, modify the App, or bypass any security features or paywalls.

3. Privacy-First & Local Data

User Responsibility: TracknMe is a "local-first" app. Your data is stored on your device. We do not maintain backups of your financial data. If you delete the App or lose your device, your data may be permanently lost.

No Sign-In: Because we do not require a sign-in, we cannot "recover" your account. You are solely responsible for managing your data and using the Export feature to keep backups.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases (TracknMe Pro)

Payments: All purchases are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Refunds: Unless required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable. Any refund requests required under local consumer protection laws will be processed in accordance with said laws. We do not have the power to issue refunds directly.

Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change the price of Pro features at any time. This does not affect current Pro members.

5. Financial Disclaimer

TracknMe is a tool for information and visualization only. We are not financial advisors or accountants.

The pie chart and summaries provided are based on the data you enter. We are not responsible for any financial decisions, losses, or errors resulting from the use of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TracknMe and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or financial loss) arising out of your use or inability to use the App. The App is provided "As Is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, custom charts, and code within TracknMe are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not use our branding for any purpose without written consent.
