By downloading or using TracknMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please delete the App immediately.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use TracknMe for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to extract the source code, modify the App, or bypass any security features or paywalls.
User Responsibility: TracknMe is a "local-first" app. Your financial data is stored on your device via AsyncStorage. We do not maintain backups of your financial data. If you delete the App or lose your device, your data may be permanently lost.
No Sign-In: Because we do not require a sign-in, we cannot "recover" your account. You are solely responsible for managing your data and using any available Export features to keep backups.
Service Usage: To provide a better user experience and measure the performance of our advertising (Google Ads), the App utilizes third-party services including Google Analytics for Firebase. By using the App, you acknowledge that anonymous identifiers and usage data may be collected for analytics and advertising attribution purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Payments: All purchases are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We also utilize RevenueCat to manage and verify your subscription status.
Refunds: Unless required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable. Any refund requests must be handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store directly.
TracknMe is a tool for information and visualization only. We are not financial advisors or accountants.
The charts and summaries provided are based on the data you enter. We are not responsible for any financial decisions, losses, or errors resulting from the use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TracknMe and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or financial loss) arising out of your use or inability to use the App. The App is provided "As Is" without warranties of any kind.
All logos, designs, custom charts, and code within TracknMe are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not use our branding for any purpose without written consent.
